Do you offer warranties on any of your products?

Anna Griffin Inc. offers a 1-year limited warranty on the Empress family of machines. We will repair or replace the product within one year of purchase if there is a manufacturer's defect. For warranty service, please email us at hello@annagriffin.com.

Proof of purchase may be required to verify warranty eligibility. This warranty is expressly limited to manufacturing defects and does not include any damage or defect caused in any other manner after your purchase.

This warranty excludes professional and commercial use.
